Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on a case by case basis. We accept returns for 45 days after the orginal purchase date. Please contact us at to let us know what went wrong and to receive return instructions.

The buyer is responsible for paying the initial shipping cost which will be charged during the checkout process. The buyer is also responsible for paying any return shipping costs associated with returning an item(s).

If there are any mistakes or a missing or damaged item in your order, please email us at If possible, please include a photo of any damaged items.

If there is a missing or damaged item in your order, we will make it right through a refund or replacement free of charge to you. When it is our mistake, we will pay the cost of the replacement item and also pay for any shipping costs (if needed)  to ship you the correct item(s).
